We have added a Fax Order Form to this website so that you can conveniently fax in your orders to us or use our Quick Order Form to send it electronically. No orders are placed without us sending a Confirming Order back to you. Most orders received by 10AM are processed and sent out the same day.

PRICES: Are F.O.B. Sun Valley CA or factory, and are subject to change without notice.

TERMS: Net 30 days for all approved firms. To establish an open account fill out our credit application and send it to us. Or, you can print it out, fill it out, and fax it to us at 323-754-4663. It takes us only 24 hours to establish credit. Credit with us is viewed periodically and will be based on your pay record.

MINIMUM ORDER: We have no minimum order. For orders below $25.00 there is a $5.00 small order handling charge.

FREIGHT POLICY: For shipments of in stock items we ship via UPS or FedEx at the lowest possible rate and the customer pays for the actual cost of shipping.

For Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and Mexico: We will contact you with any additional charge for shipping via UPS/FedEx/USPS.

Your order for in stock items will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please note – while we make every effort to get your packages to you by your desired date, Pacific Supply Company cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package. To reduce the possibility of late arrival of a shipment, shop early! And, let us know the products you will need on a repetitive basis so that we can stock them for your convenience.

Return policy:

OUR GUARANTEE: We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a credit or refund. Just send the item back to us by UPS/FedEx/USPS or insured parcel post along with the original packing slip. Please call us at 1-800-348-3841 to receive a Returns Goods Authorization Number. We cannot accept any products back without this number. We cannot pay for the return shipping costs.

SHORTAGES/DAMAGES: Shortages, damaged or defective goods must be reported to Pacific Supply Company within 2 business days of receipt of shipment. Claims for goods lost or damaged in transit must be filed with the carrier.

WARRANTIES: Individual Manufacturers specifically detail Warranties and Warranty Repairs. No additional warranties are written or implied.

Computer System
Pacific Supply Company has made a significant investment in a state of the art computer system from Prophet 21, the market leader in wholesale distribution software. The Pacific Supply Company data processing system provides efficient service for all aspects of order fulfillment. The Pacific Supply Company system works through both local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN). Each of our Customer Service Representatives has e-mail at their desk, plus complete internet connectivity. Our customers are able to access place orders which are generally shipped within one day of order receipt.

EDI / XML / TPCX
The computer system partially developed by Pacific Supply Company was based in part on the ability to communicate computer to computer. As a result, EDI has become an easy and effective method of transacting business. In addition, we are educating our customer base on the advantages of EDI. EDI will soon be replaced by XML (Extensible Markup Language). XML is a method for putting structured data in a text file. It will be used extensively to exchange information over the internet. Pacific Supply Company is an Alpha member of P21's TPCX system, whereby we offer and receive inventory levels at other industrial distributors in the USA. This will equate to higher service levels for mutual customers.

FAX / EMAIL
Customers can easily order both production and maintenance products by the simple use of a fax machine, each page of our catalog lists the appropriate fax number. Simply photocopy the pages where there are items you need. You would then circle the items, write in the quantity you want for each and fax it to us. If you choose not to use the electronic Quick Order Pad, you may e-mail orders to us at sales@pacific-supply.com. If you are an existing customer, you will already have a Pacific Supply Customer ID which begins with PD and then has 4 numbers. This number plus your zip code will allow you to access pricing on our website.
